There are no cleaning fees, however; we have additional fee for pets - 6 EUR per night stay (per pet).

Also, additional charges may occur if there was some damage to the property done by guests. In that case, the guest needs to pay the exact amount of the cost of the damage.

In order to confirm the reservation guests need to pay 50% of the price in advance. If guests change their mind less than 15 days from their reservation date, they will not receive their money back. In case we manage to fill the reserved dates, we will return the guests the money they paid upfront.

Our apartments are generally safe for babies and children. However, parents need to be aware of the stairs in our apartments because we have a lot of stairs. Also, we do not have children cribs so guests need to take their own if they have babies / very small children.
